Base annual salary $125,533.96 (DOE)

Housing Services - CCSNW: This position is responsible for leading CCSNW’s Housing Services including permanent supportive housing (PSH) and scattered-site housing. This position ensures the development of services and grant opportunities as well as oversees the daily operations for CCSNW (Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties). The position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality, person-centered housing services that promote stability, health, safety, dignity and the long-term well-being for residents. The Housing Director is responsible for ensuring fiscal integrity of the Housing programs and provide leadership across housing operations, supportive services, property and landlord partnerships, compliance, quality assurance, staff development, and program performance. Working collaboratively with senior leadership and internal and external partners, this position ensures that housing programs operate effectively, meet contractual and regulatory requirements, and reflect best practices in supportive housing. This includes leading the transformation of CCSNW housing programs by ensuring services are designed in a way that helps and supports the “whole” person; accomplishing this by working on the integration of behavioral health and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services into the CCSNW housing programs. The Director of Housing Services is responsible for ensuring all housing leadership staff are trained and are following day-to-day procedures, including updates on agency policies, compliance, and contractual changes.

Other exposures could include cleaning supplies, chemicals involved in pest control, paint, and other materials used in building maintenance. Working conditions may include interruptions and interactions with angry persons.
